Danny Laud - Spin Class:

Danny Laud, Viceroy’s Fitness Manager, is a certified spinning instructor and is also an avid cyclist who regularly competes and places in local & regional cycling competitions. First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan, he competed in the 2002 ITF Olympic Games and was named the Most Outstanding Sportsman for Tae Kwon Do that same year in Anguilla.

Sammi Green - Yoga:

Sammi was trained and certified at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas in 2009 and in August 2011, she trained with Baron Baptiste.

Vernon Carty - Fitness Manager & Beach Bootcamp Class:

Instructor Vernon Carty leads the fitness center at Four Seasons Anguilla. He is a certified personal trainer from the ISSA and has been an amateur body building for seven years.
